Job Description
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Experience with Microsoft Teams helpful
- Learn and oversee Accounts Payable including: vouchers, receipts, checks
- Bank account reconciliations for all deposit accounts
- Make in person bank deposits
- Paper ledgers
- Monthly Voucher summary sheets
- Archive Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable records
- Audit Financial Transaction logs
- Assist with Fundraising
- Disburse Supplies
- Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm
Job Type: Part-time, Monday thru Friday
