Looking to Hire Finance Office Clerk – Entry Level

 Job Description

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams helpful
  • Learn and oversee Accounts Payable including: vouchers, receipts, checks
  • Bank account reconciliations for all deposit accounts
  • Make in person bank deposits
  • Paper ledgers
  • Monthly Voucher summary sheets
  • Archive Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable records
  • Audit Financial Transaction logs
  • Assist with Fundraising
  • Disburse Supplies
  • Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm

Job Type: Part-time, Monday thru Friday
