DESE/DDS Program
The Nemasket Group provides individualized, wraparound supports that help school-age students succeed in their homes, schools, and communities. Services may include skill-building, in-home and community supports, family coaching, and coordination with school teams.

Supports may include
- In-home and community skill development
- Family training and collaboration with school teams
- After-school, weekend, and summertime support
- Transition planning toward adult life
Eligibility for the DESE/DDS Program
A student must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible for the DESE/DDS Program:
- Be DDS-eligible
- Be between the ages of 6 and 21
- Receive publicly funded special education services
- Live at home with their family
- Be at risk of residential or out-of-district placement
- Be selected and approved by DDS
